Matt Lauer

Born on December 30, 1957, Matt Lauer is an American television journalist who was host of The Today Show from 1997 to 2017. He was also a contributor for Dateline NBC. On November 29, 2017, NBC Chairman Andrew Lack terminated Lauer after an unidentified employee who was one of Lauer’s subordinates complained that he had engaged in inappropriate sexual behavior with her. Since then, many women have forward with allegations that he sexually harassed them.
