Dwayne Craddock has been identified as the gunman who killed 12 people and wounded four people in Virginia Beach municipal building. The gunman was an engineer working in the city administration. Dwayne was killed in exchange of fire with the police.
The shootout happened in a Virginia Beach Municipal building and the shootout has been said to be the deadliest in the United States in the year 2019.
The shooter has been identified as Dwyane Craddock, a 40 year old worker who was a certified engineer and had worked in the city’s public utilities department for around 15 years.
He held a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Old Dominion University in Norfolk and had obtained his professional engineer license in the state in 2008.
